WINU Board of GovernorsThe WINU Board of Governors shall have an initial 3-year term and shall consist of the following positions:
| The WINU Executive CommitteeThe WINU Executive Committee is a sub-committee of the WINU Board of Governors. Their role is to assist the Vice Chancellor to give effect to the tasks associated with that office. The majority of their work will be conducted between WINU Annual General Meetings and will involve following up on action items identified from the previous meeting. The WINU Executive Committee may appoint persons to ad hoc committees where specific tasks have been identified for resolution. The Executive Committee will consist of the following positions:

Annual General Meetings will be called by the Chancellor or the Deputy Chancellor through the Vice Chancellor as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). These will be scheduled into the WINHEC Annual General Meeting proceedings, but WINU will have its own time and agenda allocated to occur prior to the meetings of the WINHEC and its Committees.
